Summary: Remove the name "Quality" as this location in Clarksburg/Bridgeport WV needs some cleaning & upgrades. Carpet down hallway & in room dirty looking and grimmy on barefoot. The room we had no room to move around. Dirty soiled sitting chair was blocking closet and was only space for it. Shower was old. I pd cash for my dog yet there is a pending $20 on my credit card as well as (2) $50 credit hold entries. Its not quite 24hrs but the dog & 1 $50 shouldnt even b there. And I dont know how many years or stays its been since I had 2put a "credit hold" on. WiFi was not working. And clerk was not aware until I asked for help as I never received a enter the password to sign in. Very limited TV channels and clerk wasnt sure who the provider was when I asked for channel listing. Another thing they dont have to offer. I did find one on the tv. On the positive note. Breakfast was fairly good w quite a few selections. I had ple ty of places to ealk my dog. There is an abundance of stores nearby and its right off I79

Summary: This hotel provides service to primarily contracted workers. I would not deem it family friendly. The hallways smelled like comit the whole time we were there. Staff was not friendly or attentive, my husband was ignored when he walked up to check in amd had to speak up to be acknowledged by the girl sitting behind the desk.
